All ye Irish lads and lasses, if ever there was a reason to raise a pint, here ‘tis. Dubuque’s Irish Hooley celebrates its tenth year this month with an expanded weekend of music, dance and culture worthy of such a milestone. The festival celebrating all things Irish and Celtic begins Friday night, August 22 at the Diamond Jo Casino’s Mississippi Moon Bar and continues through Saturday, August 23 at the Alliant Amphitheater with all the live music, Irish dancers, food and drink Hooley revelers have come to enjoy.
